overview
VAGAS.com ranks as Brazil's largest employment board. I was a member of the B2B team, primarily focusing on user flow of job postings.
This assignment entailed a thorough overhaul of the job opening handling system, ensuring ease for firms to independently sift through applicants no matter the volume of received applications.

Context
In the midst of revamping our new B2B platform, we quickly designed and implemented a preliminary version of this feature. Though it was a significant progression from the old version, our consumers pointed out several fundamental needs that were not being satisfied.
The most recurrent concern was the absence of convenience in screening applicants, as the volume of applications was typically substantial, and they wished to consider multiple candidates simultaneously.
Our design team embarked on an exploratory process to thoroughly understand user anticipations, holding rounds of co-prototyping sessions with customers and the product team until we identified a solution that was technically viable and comprehensible to all.
As the one leading the solution design and usability assessment, I had the chance to test via ProtoPie, which added a greater degree of authenticity to our prototype.

User Interface solution
Drawing from our collaborative exploratory discussions with our clients, I've crafted a completely reimagined proposition for this enhancement.
The job vacancy management interface currently offers a detailed phase-by-phase depiction enabling clients to swiftly transfer applicants among stages, while possessing full knowledge of their qualifications.
Additionally, it now allows for customization of stages and establishment of a workflow that meets their preferences best.
